BP is one of the most distinctive companies in terms of Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) performance. To assist in maintaining their reputation BP conducts the Accredited Contractor Program (ACP) nationally. This program is designed to appraise BP’s contractor’s HSSE management systems. The program encompasses BP’s business units and also includes BP subsidiary and associate companies such as Castrol Australian Pty Ltd and Australian Lubricant Manufacturing Company (ALMC). B&B plumbing participated in the 2009 ACP and achieved an excellent 89.27% exceeding the BP benchmark HSSE assessment score.
